The beach is usually quieter than the others nearby, and it has a nice setting. Usually easy to find a place to claim for the afternoon. You can walk out to the light signal across from the main lighthouse. The downside of this beach is the trash. I've been here a few times, and each time, there is a bunch of litter that has washed up from the lake.
Great beach. Better than all those loser beaches.

A not so busy beach with beautiful water on lake Michigan. The hill to drive up / down is pretty steep, but manageable.
